• Part of the sand is cleaned from the joints to remove weed, seeds and algal spores.

• Sand forms an integral part of the structure of block paved Driveway so sterilised kiln dried sand is carefully applied to every joint.

• This increases the friction of the surfaces and helps to distribute the load placed upon it—to help reduce further deterioration of your newly cleaned driveway.

• A protective coating designed by Resiblock for specific use on concrete block paving is applied to the surface and the sand joints, in a 2 stage application.
